Some studies have actually shown that they eat small amounts of fruit in the wild.
Crickets, mealworms etc should absolutely make up the majority of their diet, but you could try feeding it a very small amount of pureed fruit (baby food) or finely chopped soft fruit (peach, mango) in a shallow dish once in a while.
Not everyone does this, of course, and your leo might not be interested.

i wouldnt recommend fruits or veggies every owner i know of a leopard gecko only feeds them small crickets and mealworms and small superworms or wax worms for a treat make sure to have a little container thing with calcium available for them and have a water dish avaiable too
